General information
Reservation:All reservations must be confirmed in writing and will be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Advance payment:
Reservations are subject to the payment of a 50% deposit against an invoice. The confirmation will take effect if the requested deposit or credit card guarantee is received by the date indicated in the confirmation.
In case of package booking, 100% of the package price is payable after confirmation of the date with the Host

Cancellation conditions for accommodation:
Individual reservation
All individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 8:00 local time on the day before arrival. Penalty for late cancellation or no-show: one day’s stay for each room booked. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the length of stay and the type of care chosen.
Group bookings
Group bookings can be cancelled within 14 days of booking. Thereafter, we will not be able to refund the amount.
Cancellation conditions for the event:
No cancellation fee 7 working days before the event.
We are unable to accept any changes to the number of meals 24 hours before the start of the event, and will charge the amount corresponding to the number of people originally booked.
The customer may cancel any order only in writing.
If the customer cancels the order after the deadline, the penalty will be paid as follows:
- in the event of cancellation between 10 and 7 working days before the event, 50% of the pre-estimated amount of the event.
- before the event 7. in case of cancellation within one working day, 100% of the pre-calculated price of the event
Package cancellation conditions
For package bookings, the 20th day before arrival. Until the day of booking the reservation can be cancelled free of charge and the package price will be refunded 100%. In case of cancellation within 20 days of arrival, 50% of the package price will be charged as a penalty. The reservation can be transferred free of charge up to 14 days after arrival. up to the day of your stay, taking into account the current occupancy (this must be agreed with the host). A 30% surcharge will be applied for transfers within 14 days.
Other information for information purposes:
- If you wish to use your own technical equipment, the hotel cannot be held responsible for the functioning of the technical equipment. The Customer may connect his/her own electrical equipment to the hotel network only with the approval of the Hotel. The cost of repairing any malfunction or damage resulting from the use of such equipment shall be borne by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of any exhibits or other personal belongings brought into the hotel in all rooms. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
- The import and placement of decorative materials and other items is not permitted without the consent of the hotel. It is forbidden to use any adhesives, furniture pins, nails, screws or similar materials to fix materials to walls or ceilings. Any deviations from this policy must be agreed in advance with the hotel staff.
Unexpected events:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (strike, traffic disruption, or other emergency), if it becomes impossible to hold the event, this contract may be terminated in writing by either party without any legal consequence.
